Paul sr. is a the perfect man to represent practicality. Paul jr. is the man with the idea in his head. the last but not least, Mikey is the least productive, but he's specialised in raising the morale and make you :). My opinion is that they make the best family business ever, with Paul's toughness, Pauly's creativity and with Mikey's funny attitude :)
